"Textile Day" event

As part of the "Textile Day" event, the "PolyArt" laboratories were officially inaugurated at the Gyumri branch of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (NPUA). These labs provide applied education and production experience in a modern environment focused on sewing, textile technologies, and eco-design.

The creation of the laboratories became possible with the support of the RECONOMY program, co-financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.

Thanks to the program, 120 participants have been trained, the majority of whom are women, youth, and persons with disabilities. 80 participants have already received certificates, and the initiative continues to promote inclusive education and the creation of new job opportunities.
