Workshop conducted by Italian architects at NPUA
As a result of the cooperation of the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Gyumri, the Gyumri branch of the NPUA and Impact Hub Gyumri, an urban planning study project took place on May 13-16, within the framework of which Italian architects Gianluca Nicolini and Mattia Ricadonna conducted four-day courses for university students:
As a result of the course, the students developed a program for the improvement of one of the main streets of Gyumri -Abovyan Street:
At the final event, held on May 16, 2024 at Impact Hab Gyumri, the students demonstrated to the guests the programs they had developed, which are a valuable resource for the Municipality of Gyumri to promote sustainable urban development and the well-being of the community:
We express our gratitude to the Honorary Consul of Italy Massimiliano Floriani at the Italian Embassy Impact Hub in Gyumri for organizing and financing such a wonderful event.
At the same time, we thank the Gyumri Municipality, represented by Ms. L. Sanoyan, for their quick response to the program and cooperation.
We are sure that this will be an unforgettable experience for more than 30 of our students throughout their lives.
And we can definitely say that such measures contribute to the internationalization of the branch.
